VendorLedgerPlus is an offline purchase and payment ledger application designed to help users record financial transactions locally on their device.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

All app data (such as app access credentials, customer records, and transaction entries) is stored locally on the user’s device.

VendorLedgerPlus does not provide cloud storage, online accounts, or data synchronization.

The developer does not access, collect, or control user data.

Users may manually create a backup as a .vlp file.

Backup storage, sharing, and protection are entirely the user’s responsibility.

VendorLedgerPlus is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, deletion, corruption, or misuse of backup files.

VendorLedgerPlus displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

Internet access is required only to load ads.

Ad content and data handling are governed by Google’s advertising policies and privacy practices.

VendorLedgerPlus does not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users. All records are user-generated.

The app is intended for record-keeping purposes only and does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

VendorLedgerPlus shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Financial decisions made based on app records
Device-related issues, malware, or security breaches.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated terms.
